A lost masterpiece of Brazilian music, from an artist who remains a mystery to this day, get second life via a glorious reissue. Bandcamp Album of the Day Sep 23, 2016
Despite it being no secret that all four of these tracks appear on the "Quartin" CD release from the 90s, they nonetheless together form a wondrous unit which not only fits appropriately within the Quartin repertoire, but also as one which helps make sense of the transition from the classic bossa sound of the 1960s into the then-upcoming extensively improvised and electric sounds of the 1970s and beyond. Together with Obnóxius, another well-deserved and well-timed reissue. Let it continue :) J.A.
